The investment group RSJ, together with Upvest, has acquired a 25% stake in the premium Černý Most shopping center, with the option to increase the stake to up to 49%.
The transaction involves entering into a joint venture with the current owner, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, which will remain the majority shareholder and continue to provide comprehensive management, operations, and development of the shopping center. The plan also includes expanding the shopping center by an additional 9,000 m² of leasable space.
