Industry II
Fund of funds RSJ Industry II follows the successful strategy of RSJ Industry I. The portfolio is highly diversified through several private equity funds investing in various sectors of the economy predominantly in the Czech Republic, but also in other Central and East European countries (CEE).
Investment Philosophy
On an EU-wide scale, the CEE region is still quite under-supplied with companies that have business valuations that are attractive from the point of view of private equity funds. Many companies are dealing with succession issues or have reached their maximum business size in terms of their capability of expansion and their founder’s possibilities. These opportunities show high potential for valuation.
- Actively managed funds investing in PE funds primarily in the Czech Republic and additionally in CEE (Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland).
- Co-investment in selected investment opportunities together with invested PE funds and other funds in the Czech Republic.
- Diversification of a portfolio through increased investment through several funds.
- High yield at the level of the fund, thanks to the co-investments.
