Zwirn is a new urban district located on the site of the former Cvernovka spinning mill, featuring three residential blocks. Zwirn 2 consists of six separate building blocks and underground parking. The project is designed to meet the BREEAM Excellent certification standard as the first residential building in Slovakia. Construction commenced in the third quarter of 2024.
