RSJ Logistics Development II focuses on investing into land that has a suitable land-use zoning permit for the construction of industrial properties in suitable locations for well-off tenants, with the long-term aim of selling the property, shortly after it is completed as an investment product.

Investment Criteria

• Locations with good connections to the transportation network.

• Land in accordance with the land-use zoning permit.

• The ability to build shortly after acquisition.

• A minimum investment of CZK 50 million (EUR 2 million).

• Focus on the Czech Republic.
