  1. Beaver of Informatics

    The Beaver of Informatics is a contest organized for primary, secondary and high school students. The contest offers the possibility to compete and to popularise informatics at school and also among students – fans of computing. The main goal of the contest is to show students and their teachers the whole rank of informatics which teaching is often reduced to digital literacy training. Another aim is to show them which knowledge and skills are required from IT specialists and also turn attention to the grounfs and principles of informatics as a science so that schools would be able to form students prepared to IT university studies having an undistorted idea of „computer science studies“.

    CTM ONLINE PROGRAM is an excellent way to prepare for university studies at home or abroad. We give students 11–18 years of age the opportunity to compete directly with the best in the world. Our students love the challenge. It boosts their motivation, their confidence and their performance. It makes them comfortable using English as the school language.

    The European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad is an international mathematics competition similar in style to the International Mathematical Olympiad, with two papers taken on consecutive days. Participating countries send teams consisting of four female mathematicians of school age.

  4. Mathematical Kangaroo

    Organized by the Union of Czech Mathematicians and Physicists, this international competition is carried out in multiple-choice tests. It was established in order to promote mathematics among students, their parents and grandparents. It also helps to identify math talents and helps to develop skills for academic purposes or career selection.

  5. Mathematical Olympiad

    Union of Czech Mathematicians and Physicists – Mathematical Olympiad has a 65 year tradition in the Czech Republic. RSJ Foundation helped prepare competitors for the country-wide as well as the international round of the Mathematical Olympiad. Included in preparations were necessary training camps as well as support of the teachers and lecturers. We also contributed toward ensuring the participation of competitors in the individual rounds of the Olympiad.

  6. pIšQworky

    The pIšQworky competition is part of the Student Cyber Games society that has been using student competitions to bring together school and fun since 2003. The main goal of the project is to raise self-confidence in young people, and to foster their competitiveness, logical thinking and patience. The competition is designed for middle- and high-school students. Each year, five-member teams compete in this modified version of tic-tac-toe to reach the final and win awesome prizes.

  7. Stipends for Courses of CTYOnline

    Center for Talented Minds – our contribution lowers course fees, opening CTYOnline courses to a wider range of applicants. The project creates opportunities for talented high-school-level students. Among other programs, they prepare for university studies in the area of their interest under the leadership of Czech and international experts. Bonds between students, universities and companies are enhanced. This is a complex system established in collaboration with a foreign partner, CTY Johns Hopkins, considered a leader in the systemic education of talents.
