Senior Electrician Supervisor pro hotelový komplex

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Role of senior electrician supervisor within maintenance department in order to achieve smooth and sustainable operation of all hotel installations.
  • Draw up and follow up of preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
  • Provide information and data for opex and capex budget including regular evaluation and reconciliation in cooperation with financial department.
  • Ensuring availability of spare parts including planning.
  • Daily cooperation and coordination with chief engineer.
  • Regular audits of all electrical installations and technologies including written reporting to general manager and head office.
  • Junior staff trainings.
  • Highlight and prioritize critical and urgent matters and issues in order to anticipate any serious technical issues, damages, financial loss or injuries.
  • Application of Health and Safety measures.

Required:

  • min 5 years’ professional experience (hotel industry preferable but not conditional)
  • knowledge and experience with low voltage, powerhouse installations (technical education preferable), basic knowledge of PLC systems and automatization
  • certificate for §7 - NV 194/2022 Sb or equivalent
  • communication in English language (written and spoken) min. B1
  • willing to relocate to Zanzibar
