Hotel Reservation Agent for Zuri Zanzibar in a Prague Office

Responsibilities
- Process incoming room reservations via e-mail and phone
- Offers preparation
- Excellent communication skills and pro-client approach
- Communication with other departments of the resort
Requirements
- Fluent in written & spoken Czech and English
- Experience in reservations or hotel reception or similar type of work is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and pro-client approach
- Good organization of work, flexibility and diligence
- Knowledge of hotel reservation system Fidelio is an advantage but not a requirement
