History
The history of the company RSJ dates back to the year 1994. Today, RSJ is the largest securities broker in the Czech Republic. We have achieved this position primarily by perfecting our proprietary system of mathematical algorithms for financial derivatives trading.
2009
- RSJ is the first Czech company which officially became a member of the European derivatives exchange Eurex.
2008
- In early 2008, RSJ PowerFunds becomes a market maker on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
- Relocation of the RSJ headquarters to Prague.
2007
- RSJ PowerFunds, a hedge fund investment company, becomes a member of the Chicago Board of Trade.
- In mid 2007, RSJ realized transactions equalling 4% of all turnover on the Euronext.liffe, becoming that market’s largest trader. RSJ monthly turnover exceeded EUR 2 000 billion.
- RSJ derivatives trading volume exceeded CZK 1 000 000 billion for 2007
2005
- RSJ becomes a member of the Euronext.Liffe in London, the first securities broker from Central and Eastern Europe to do so.
2004
- RSJ becomes a market maker on London’s Euronext.Liffe derivatives exchange.
2000
- RSJ executes its first derivatives transactions on the Euronext.Liffe.
